Nine Inch Nails played at the Carver-Hawkeye Arena in Iowa City, Iowa, on November 6, 1994 as part of the Further Down The Spiral Tour. Marilyn Manson and Jim Rose Circus were the opening acts.

Notes

• At the beginning of the encore, as way of introducing the next song, Trent said "Well, well, well, Iowa fuckin' City...this is a song about fucking."
• During the second chorus of "Closer", Robin Finck tripped over his own guitar cord. Trent walked over to laugh at him and did not sing the second chorus.
