It happens. A concert has to be cancelled for any given reason. Typically, Nine Inch Nails will postpone a concert with a make-up date announced, at which tickets for the initial concert will be honored. But sometimes a make-up date can't be scheduled, and sadly, the show does not go on. Tickets are often refunded in the event of a full cancellation.
