A manufacturing error resulted in an earlier version of the song being pressed onto the initial vinyl release. There are several differences when compared to the final version. The piano is an electric piano, evocative of 80's synth scores, and some of the stringy sounding synth from the reprise of the main piano motif is missing. The ending is different, lacking the final version's percussive crescendo, and instead having a more ambient sound, punctuated by the main motif, before diminishing into silence.
