Changes

Theres a pattern with the vandals. They arn't "real" users in any sense. The names they have are all random letters with the same pattern: 6 letters, with the first and fourth capatalized. All they do is sign up and delete sections of articles at random. IMO we should just nuke accounts and ban the IPs (if they're static or semi-static) that follow this same pattern.
