:Could this case possibly be a conviction of the NIN members for this entire ARG? The Secure Broadcast Informatics site's mention of retroactive transmissions, combined with the degraded quality of all of the web sites leads me to believe that once they are caught sending the transmission, the government finds this arg in the past, and is now prosecuting NIN.
