I can't help but think that "the Consortium" was one of the early names we X-Files fans had for [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Syndicate_%28X-Files%29 the Syndicate]... So I was curiously sifting through Exhibit 24 again, and this is all that it says for Hour of Arrival.

Even the picture below it does not lead to the website via clicking it (like every other one).
Is it due to the fact that Exhibit24 came out before Hour of Arrival?
