After reading it, the note on Wikipedia is most likely correct, with it being simply a factual error on the part of the creators of the website, otherwise the rest of the timeline would be thrown off, even after accounting for any mistake with the date of Bush leaving office. It's probably fine to leave it officially as the year -15 since that's what [http://www.anotherversionofthetruth.com/revisionism.htm the website] says, but I'll edit the [[Year Zero Timeline]] to make this clearer. Thanks for bringing it up!
Also, when you leave messages type four of these ~ after it and it'll leave your name and time of edit.
