Material off of ''Purest Feeling'' was performed live in 1988 on Nine Inch Nails' first shows opening for [[Skinny Puppy]] on the [[VIVIsectVI Tour]].
The album cover is simply the album cover for ''[[Broken]] '' but the Lower Case N is replaced with three Pictures pictures of Trent Reznor preforming Live. And unlike ''Broken '— which comes in a Paper/cardboard like Case digipak— the CD comes in a traditional Plastic Jewel Case jewel case
