from the speculations section...because it's just completely ridiculous. The whole album has a concept which it is based around, it's meaning is either symbolic or about one of the characters in the album's universe. I highly doubt TR would write a song about some anime that is popular to angsty middle schoolers and then stick it in a concept album. Most likely whoever put this in is a fan of the anime and this is something they thought of, I've never heard anyone else speak of this.
