I post on NIN.com (and lurk hang around ETS on and off) under the same username. Hi!
For the curious: I'm an undergrad in linguistics. I am skilled in such useless languages as Latin and Old English, can speak rudimentary Chinese, and know barely enough Turkish to get around. Phonology/phonetics are really cool to me, and in a sort of tangential area, I try to fill requests for transcriptions of NIN-related interviews, speeches, etc. If you post in the questions thread on either NIN.com or ETS, I'll see it and try to get on it ASAP. I got into NIN a few months after AATCHB came out-- my best friend got the CD as a gift, and she dragged me to her house afterschool one day so we could blast it on the stereo before her parents came home. Been hooked ever since.
