On some bootleg copies/clones, the first track is given the "fan-title" of "Slate" or "Theme from the Right Track".
These recordings were long believed to be demos that were sent to record labels, but the story has since become clearer and more detailed due to info from original NIN drummer [[Ron Musarra]], who shared the following in a comment to a YouTube commentupload[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UR26Fo1972c] of ''Purest Feeling'':
