Just in case you guys didn't remember, Congress now (now being in the future) decides who the President is after the First Female President is elected (maybe a vague approval of Trent towards Hillary?) is impeached [http://ninwiki.com/Another_Version_of_the_Truth_%28website%29#Revisionism]. Therefore, the possibility that a Religious Republican Congress who would impeach a female president, would bring back George W. Bush to be President (as there is no elections) is pretty high. Especially given the fact that we go to war with Iran and Syria (both of which, according to Bush, are evil).  Yeah guys, remember. To think is song is about GWB is to throw the entire Year Zero timeline out of the window. We are two presidents after GWB, and to think he'd be reelected is a bit silly as 1. There is no proof to offer this 2. He'd be 75 in year zero, WAY too old. Also global warming is a NON issue in Guatamala today. The issue today is at the North and South Poles. Forget about TODAY, this album and song are about the future, everyone seems to forget that. The electing him to office line still makes sense. Remember the public elected the new, lifelong president into office, only AFTER did congress suspend elections.  To me the song is talking about the need for greed and power, without concern for the human cost. He's not worried about global warming, about poor people (self accountablity) and talks about how the problem with all of that is that there will be less for him. Seems VERY clear to me Capital G is referring to Greed.
