Song Lyrics

Early on when the NIN Wiki started, there was a lot of disagreement about how song lyrics should be formatted. Ultimately the following consensus was made: Lyrics posted should be the official lyrics as they appear in the respective album's liner notes, with any changes, omissions, etc. posted below the official lyrics. This was to ensure continuity and consistency throughout all the song pages.

I don't want to come off as a total bitch (and I'm sorry if I do), but I understand that you're new here and that you want to contribute. You're more than welcome to do so just as long as your contributions are relevant and don't break the flow of a page or its continuity with other pages. And before making any changes to any song lyrics, take a look at how they're transcribed in the albums, then on the page. If you hear something that's different than what's in the liner notes and posted at the NIN Wiki, please note those changes after the lyrics.--Leo3375 14:23, 3 November 2007 (PDT)
