Perhaps they mean she has succeeded in time travel (like Velvolver speculated) and has gone back in time to send banned books and songs... to the others? I took it as they were going back in time, retrieving files that were (in year 0000) gone (banned), and sending them forward in time, but perhaps I'm wrong. I was just thinking about it, since tarpits are known for their ability to preserve animals/dinosaurs that fell into them.
