− | a theory I wanted to note was about the phrase "Carolina's in the tarpit." Perhaps they mean she has succeeded in time travel (like Velvolver speculated) and has gone back in time to send banned books and songs... to the others? I took it as they were going back in time, retrieving files that were (in year 0000) gone (banned), and sending them forward in time, but perhaps I'm wrong. I was just thinking about it, since tarpits are known for their ability to preserve animals/dinosaurs that fell into them.
