: My first guess would be something like the [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Year_2038_problem Year 2038 problem] but pre-dated tracks probably wouldn't exceed 2022 by much, and wouldn't roll back pre 1970. So I would strike it up to some other windows bug, or some sort of intentional error.
