Added small info on olestra for the ignorant (a lá moi)

This could be a subtle reference to the real drugs Clomipramine, an anti-depressant which famously produced inadvertent orgasms in users when they yawned (See also: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clomipramine#Side_effects ) and of courseOlestra, Olestraa fat substitute which can cause diarrhea.
