Jeff Ward (November 1962–March 19, 1993) toured with Nine Inch Nails briefly in their early days. He had also worked with Ministry, Lard, Low Pop Suicide, and Revolting Cocks, among others. He was an extremely buff guy, and had a country cowboy meets flava flav-jewelry type look.
Sadly, Ward died in 1993 of self-induced carbon monoxide poisoning after a long struggle with heroin addiction. The Downward Spiral contains a dedication to him in its liner notes.
