Bootlegs
In the bootleg-section Trent's HD-footage is mentioned. What isn't mentioned there is the fact that somebody ripped the audio off this and created a torrent called "Lights Over Portland" which can be downloaded from thepiratebay (just search for it) and burnt to CD (the download files are given in .flac-format).
This person also released a bootleg for 2008/12/12 Sacramento, CA called "Lights Over Sacramento" and 2008/12/05 Victoria, BC called "Lights Over Victoria". As you can see, all three shows have the same setlist but there may be differences in performance (unfortunately I've only got the Portland-show but I'm downloading the other two right now).
