- This performance was initially scheduled for September 5, 2009, but was postponed due to Trent Reznor being ill, making it the last Nine Inch Nails show "for the foreseeable future."
- At 37 songs and over 3 hours in length, this performance was the longest in Nine Inch Nails' career.
- Before performing "Head Down," Reznor stated:

- Mike Garson once again joined Nine Inch Nails onstage to play piano on "Just Like You Imagined," "La Mer," "Eraser," and "The Becoming."
