This is the third track on the Quake Soundtrack, and features layers of Trent Reznor whispering, played backwards, throughout the track. A single-note bassline undulates beneath while uneasy synthesizer chords fade in and out. Later, percussion loops and distorted guitar riffs are layered on top.
Level names: "Introduction" (START), "The Door To Chthon" (E1M6), "The Dismal Oubliette" (E2M6), "Chambers of Torment" (E3M6), "The Pain Maze" (E4M6), "Shub-Niggurath's Pit" (END).
