This is the sixth track on the Quake Soundtrack. Its percussion loop is manipulated into sounding similar to a pulsating heartbeat, joined by deep synthesizer layers then eventually left alone.
Level names: "The House of Chthon" (E1M7), "The Underearth" (E2M7), "Azure Agony" (E4M7).
