"In Motion" is the second track from The Social Network Soundtrack, written by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross. It was made available for fan remixing as part of a competition, along with "On We March".
A shortened version of the piece is titled "Let the Hacking Begin" on the Sony Pictures website for Academy Award consideration. "Green Lines" from The Walled Off Hotel is "In Motion" in piano sonata form.

This is the original version. "Let the Hacking Begin" is a shorter version, though the initial section before everything drops out to the lone piano melody is extended by several bars; it ends by fading out the percolating staccato synth line and piano melody, without returning to the initial section as in the commercially released version.
