After serving as an opening act for both The Jesus and Mary Chain and Peter Murphy, Nine Inch Nails embarked on their first major headlining tour in the summer of 1990. The tour is part of the Pretty Hate Machine Tour series. Opening acts for this tour were Cold Front, Die Warzau, Meat Beat Manifesto, Monkey Fear, Pure, Sky Cries Mary, and Supreme Love Gods.
