"Stained" is the working title of a track from 1999's The Fragile. It is likely that the track became "Underneath It All", as the word "stained" features prominently in the song. Rob Sheridan confirmed that it is an early version of a released song. [1]

It is one of two tracks that feature in background photos from this era that remain unidentified, the other being "Rotation".
