The last Nine Inch Nails show on the With_Teeth: Summer Amphitheater Tour occuring on August 8th, 2006 in Mountain View, California, at the Shoreline Amphitheatre. Bauhaus and Peaches opened the show.

Notes

Like the other last few shows of the tour, Peter Murphy of Bauhaus performed a few songs with the band near the end of the set. Trent Reznor made an announcement during this show that the band would be recording a new album and touring again very soon.
