[[Nine Inch Nails]] played at the Target Center in Minneapolis, MNMinnesota, on February 4, 1995as part of the [[Further Down The Spiral Tour]]. [[Jim Rose Circus]] and [[Related bands and artists#The Melvins|The Melvins]] were the opening acts.
==Notes==
The Melvins open and find out firsthand that Minnesota niceness doesn't extend to warmup acts. They're pelted with garbage and coins and pretty much anything that wasn't bolted down. The Target Center crowd booed them mercilessly from start to finish.
A couple of hours later, [[Trent Reznor ]] addressed the crowd after opening the encore of Nine Inch Nails' set with "[[Closer]]":
