I believe the sounds at the beginning of the song are actually mouthpieces of various instruments being played without the instruments themselves. The buzzing sounds sound like brass mouthpieces, and the tongued airy-squeaky sounds sound like reeded woodwind mouthpieces. I disagree on excluding 'kill me' from the lyrics section just because it's not in the booklet. We should be concerned with the actual words sung, not what Trent decided to print.
