This website is for a company named Anglo-Johnson. It offers South African natives a place to stay and the possibility of employment if certain requirements are met.

Strangely enough, the requirements seem to fall along the lines of blood, tissue, and organ donation. Such as the cornea, blood, skin, kidney, and bone marrow.

The needs for these human parts are unknown, and possibly this is linked to the shard that involved a child organ smuggling ring.

It also states the purpose for setting up a work station in South Africa is: "Platinum Mining, providing the world with platinum for beauty, palladium for manufacturing and electronics."

Further information, and the REAL purpose for mining palladium is found in a mailstrom shard here
