The With Teeth Club Tour was the very first leg of the With Teeth Touring Cycle. Trent and the record labels were unsure of what kind of response Nine Inch Nails would receive, after being absent from the music scene for 4 years. Several months of club dates were scheduled, and instantly sold out, reassuring Trent and Interscope alike, that NIN still had a strong following.

Nine songs from With Teeth made their live debut on this tour: "You Know What You Are?", "The Collector", "The Hand That Feeds", "Love Is Not Enough", "Every Day Is Exactly The Same", "With Teeth", "Getting Smaller", "The Line Begins To Blur", and "Beside You In Time" (though latter was performed only in short pre-recorded form as an intro). Songs "Burn" and "Dead Souls" returned to the setlist for the first time since 1995 and 1996 respectively.
