The general consensus on wikis is that we use the standard English of the editor: so if they're american, they can use american spellings, if not, they use british spellings etc. As painful as it is for me to read "disk", it is technically a correct spelling in english (see [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spelling_of_disc here]), so there's no need to fix such things - the same applies to colour/color, aluminum/aluminium, -ise/-ize etc. The only exception to this will be in direct quotes and lyrics, in which we use the english of the person speaking.
