Canada dates
I found reviews that show that NIN did not open for Skinny Puppy for both the Cambridge and Toronto dates:

I was able to confirm that the Pittsburgh show happened on 10/27 using this: https://www.newspapers.com/newspage/42726917/
Then I placed the Philadelphia show in the only remaining date slot.
