Closer was a complete disaster.  Trent's microphone had slight connection problems during the first few songs of the set and the problems reached a tipping point during Closer.  The microphone completely dropped out about half way through the song.  Trent proceeded to throw the malfunction microphone into the crowd and the microphone stand at the person who was running the mixer.  The rest of the band continued to play.  They stopped shortly thereafter and a new microphone was setup.  Trent apologized and asked if everything was working, the band restarted and played the song in full.
