Discovery
This was the purpose of the thermocrome material used on the Year Zero CD. After ripping his CD to mp3, an ETS member [1] found that the CD had some binary numbers on it:

Which has lead to the URL.
However, at the time of discovery the website shows only a characteristic YZ website background and the following text:
Pilgrim Stream: 24.7 Data in transit -
Which probably means it will be active in the future.
Background Text
The background Text is from Shawshank Redemption:
"Brooks Hatlen knew it. Knew it all too well. All I want is to be back where things make sense. Where I won't have to be afraid all the time."
The Free Rebel Art website has the same text in the background, however the words and letters used are different.
CD Release
It is possible that because this site is mentioned on the Year Zero retail CD, that it will not be live until the CD is released retail.
