Talk:Closer To God (halo)
Move This Page?
Should be moved to Closer To God. ChunkyStyle
- There is a remix called "Closer To God" and there are concerns that there would be confusion. For now, I think it's best to keep this page as "Closer To God (halo)."--Leo3375 09:39, 7 July 2007 (PDT)
Yeah, but Closer To God (the remix) is a remix of Closer, and its information can be found on the Closer article. I just think it would be easier to navigate if we moved it. The reason I requested it to be moved is because I type in URLs the old fashion way, i.e., en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Article_1. Or maybe we can set up a redirect. ChunkyStyle
- Another possibility is to create a disambiguation page, much like we have for "Head Like A Hole" and "Beside You In Time."--Leo3375 12:12, 8 July 2007 (PDT)
Closer to God(the song)
Is this a remix or a demo version? I only ask because it has different lyrics and music, also it doesn't seem to have a real point it just sort of sizzles out on a whole lot of noise, in short it feels like an unfinished song like a demo. Zeelog1 5:49, 5 August 2007 (PDT)
Single? or EP?
I don't quite understand it, so Closer to God is an EP, just like Broken?? and not a Single ?? it includes a song from an LP that recieved radio airplay (lots of it) as well as some remixes of the song, doesn't that make it a single?? Razielmxz 13:28, 18 July 2010 (PDT)
- It's an EP due to LENGTH. The original way to separate singles, eps and albums was: SP, EP, LP. Due to the pretty impressive total runtime of the release, there's no way this can be considered a "single" release - although the UK editions DO fall in the single category. Confusing, of course, but that's how record labels roll sheepdean Try to speak as clearly as you can 13:34, 18 July 2010 (PDT)
