Talk:Exhibit 24
Speculation
It is suspected that Exhibit Twenty Four is a "catch-up" site, listing all of and linking to the ARG sites in order to provide a back-story research point to people just joining the ARG.
At least, that's my theory, and I'm sticking to it.

--That probably is the case, plus a couple of new ideas are introduced into the fold.
- I'm happy there's a site up with all of the URLs on it...it was getting pretty annoying leaving little pieces of paper with::maybe 4 URLs on it and sticking it in the desk of my school science lab...now i can write just one! -lin 14:38, 30 April 2007 (PDT)
Also, on the prospect of [CLASSIFIED] being Reznor... there is nothing to suggest that it could not be any other NiN members... but as of right now I believe that Reznor is the "best" choice to decide who is [CLASSIFIED].CrotchPope 08:19, 27 April 2007 (PDT)
Actually, I'm unconvinced. There could be more than one classified person - there are three mentions of "classified" - the one mentioned at 24.11.2's entry could well be TR, but the other two not. Until we have cast iron evidence, then this is personal opinion and you should probably remove the [CLASSIFIED] part from the wiki page and put it into this talk page instead!
It's nothing personal, it's simply because this is personal opinion and not cold, hard fact!

- Or you could just put it in it's own section named theory which would leave it up there just not as fact. Oh and hasanyone attempted to contact the members of the two groups being watched on thelast exibit page that are listed as member/informant? I would but I'm broke and can't afford to join the spiral.-Kickemwhentheyredown 14:28, 27 April 2007 (PDT)
- The mention at 24.11.2 is almost assuredly Trent Reznor. The mention of "Hi-rez" immediately after [CLASSIFIED] there catches my attention, particularly in the context of this site being an official BoM evidence dossier. The casual spelling 'hi-rez' seems out of place and a possible allusion to Reznor. But you're right; every mention of [CLASSIFIED] doesn't have to refer to the same person. Since the entire site is building a case, writing "performance by dissident musician [CLASSIFIED]" seems to indicate that this person is a musician, as opposed to the other person who isn't. Otherwise, why bother to specify "dissident musician"? It would be understood that this person is a musician if it was all about the same person. Tsguitar 14:53, 28 April 2007 (PDT)
- Could this case possibly be a conviction of the NIN members for this entire ARG? The Secure Broadcast Informatics site's mention of retroactive transmissions, combined with the degraded quality of all of the web sites leads me to believe that once they are caught sending the transmission, the government finds this arg in the past, and is now prosecuting NIN. Trippy, isn't it? Ixododae 14:53, 20 May 2007 (PDT)

any body else suspect that this simply refers to http://www.anotherversionofthetruth.com/violent.htm? ylbissop 19:51, 28 April 2007 (PDT)
YES! but i doubt Reznor/the company is humble enough to switch it now that we've seen it and will subsequently make a new page lol Jgrizzy89 19:59, 29 April 2007 (PDT)
But why didn't they put down the other fourm topics? Blank 20:40, 7 May 2007 (PDT)
all other fourm topics are linked directly from AnotherVersionoftheTruth.com ylbissop 06:27, 27 May 2007 (PDT)
2007?
24.5.2 lists www.OpenSourceResistance.net as "Archived version of a notorious dissident site that began operation in 2007." Not "BA -15"? (28 April 2007 23:17 PST J.theYellow)
- Well i think this might have to do with the fact that when the operating site referenced (OSR) began it's operation, the government and people still referred to the year as 2007, not BA -15
- But then again, i also think that the above comment about them messing up on this page is valid and could follow suit... (I actually think that this was supposed to be actpatriotic but we found it too soon, they scrapped, and did this quickly, and were sloppy... but bagga, who cares? it's still the ARG! wootwoot) Jgrizzy89 20:03, 29 April 2007 (PDT)
