Nine Inch Nails played at the Empire Club in Cleveland, OH, on August 4, 1990 as part of the Hate Tour. The opening act for this show was Die Warzau.

This concert was filmed by H-Gun, who also did the music videos for "Down In It" and "Head Like A Hole". It was intended to be part of a concert video sold by NIN. [1]
