Talk:Closer
Versions
Closer To God
See I have a hard time just calling this a remix, it is just way too different from the original or any of the other remixes for that matter. Is it possible that it's a demo version, because besides the obvious lyrical and musical differences, it also has a somewhat more aggressive mood to it than the LP version(I feel the other remixes retain the same mood as the original),also the way it ends feels like it's incomplete like a demo. - Sorry to break it to you, but it is on the remixed Closer album. Technically, it's still a remix. St10109ed 13:42, 30 May 2008 (PDT)
Remix credits
I noticed that most remix entries for Closer lack the remixers' credits. Why is that? --Wizfan, the man who erased the capital H 08:52, 22 December 2007 (PST)

Disambiguation?
I know that normally it is only the norm to create a disambiguation page for song/halos when they have the same name, but I'm sure alot of people who aren't as fuilly versed in NIN as the rest of us would assume that the Closer single is called Closer (Halo), rather than Closer To God - can I suggest a disambiguation page for "Closer", one link leading to this page, the other to Closer To God (halo)? Never Being Played Again? What?
What is all this talk about Trent saying Closer was never going to played again? He said it wasn't in the setlist for the Wave Goodbye tour (except for the Asian dates I guess), but he never said he wasn't going to play it again. That's what it kinda meant at the time, but everyone is saying "It was played in Chicago! He said it was never gonna be played again though!". He didn't. So wouldn't saying it would have never been played again inaccurate? Doomguy13
- It's still the WG tour, so him saying it wouldn't be on this tour then it being on this tour makes his statement erroneous sheepdean Try to speak as clearly as you can 02:33, 31 August 2009 (PDT)
