Notes
- Trent Reznor made a brief speech, concluding it by saying "We love being in Australia. Sydney is an awesome place, and we'll be back someday. In some form."
- Trent's Full Speech: "We've been doing this for quite some time. Gonna go away for a little while. And we appreciate your support over the years. If you go to our website, if you haven't been there, you can get our last record for free. And if you look around you can probably get every record in the world for free, but... Which brings me to just a point I wanna make. You know, we're doing this because you guys out there. And you showin' up, and showin' us support is the reason that I keep making music over the years. It's not to be rich or famous or any of that bullshit. It's because to connect with you guys is what matters. And... for the record, you can steal any of my shit. I don't care at this point. But... I don't think music should be free. And all these bands on this bill today are working their ass off to be, to be there for you. Show your support and respect and buy a record, and if not, buy a t-shirt. Go see these guys play at gigs. Be there for them because there's not going to be that many bands if things continue the way they are. Fuck record labels. Kick them to the fuckin' curb. But the musicians and the band are where it's at and you guys are where it's at. Respect them. And that's my speech for today. Thank you very much (unintelligible). We love being here in Australia, a seriously fucking awesome place. We'll be back some day... in some form."
