All The Love In the World (Instrumental)
All The Love In The World (The Definitive NIN - Deep Cuts)
"All the Love in the World" is the first track on Nine Inch Nails' fifth full-length album, With Teeth.
The idea of the narrator being or feeling "a million miles away," as sung in this song as an incomplete verse line, seems to reference or relate to the same idea as sung first in "Hurt." It would also be mentioned again in "1,000,000." Whether the three songs are all specifically related beyond repetition of the phrase is publicly unverified.

All The Love In The World
The song begins with a nearly monotone Trent Reznor singing the verses and repeating, "Why do you get all the love in the world?" Synth drums are used in a slow IDM-esque drumbeat. About three minutes into the song an interpolation occurs. The song transitions into a set of piano chords backed by Grohl's tom-led drums, and eventually a bass guitar beneath layers of Reznor's vocals.
All The Love In The World (The Definitive NIN - Deep Cuts)
In the song's appearance on The Definitive NIN - Deep Cuts, there is a layer of additional samples - speech taken from The Twilight Zone episode "When The Sky Was Opened".
No... no, I'm not sick, I... just got a very funny feeling. Never felt anything like this before. [What kind of feeling?] It's like I didn't belong here. Like if I was to let myself go, I'd... [You'd what?] Like I'd disappear.

Released exclusively through Apple Music. It also features the same Twilight Zone sample previously included in the Deep Cuts version.
Live
"All The Love In The World" was one of two With Teeth songs not to be played while touring for that album (the other was "Sunspots"). It was performed at several soundchecks and rehearsals with vocals. One of those soundchecks can be heard here.
"All The Love In The World" eventually made its live debut on November 5, 2013 in San Antonio, TX during the Tension 2013 Tour, and was played live eight times on that tour. It featured backing vocals by Lisa Fischer and Sharlotte Gibson.
The song has since appeared at one of the Las Vegas warm-up shows in 2018, as well as a dozen times on the Cold And Black And Infinite Tour.
Lyrics
Watching all the insects march along Seem to know just right where they belong Smears of face reflecting in the chrome Hiding in the crowd I'm all alone No one's heard a single word I've said They don't sound as good outside my head Looks as though the past is here to stay I've become a million miles a- Why do you get all the love in the world? All the jagged edges disappear Colors all look brighter when you're near The stars are all afire in the sky Sometimes I get so lonely I could Why do you get all the love in the world?
Additional lyrics printed in the With Teeth PDF booklet, but not appearing in the song itself
Why am I always watching from the outside? On the other side of the glass Behind the glass. Always watching everyone, Separate, watching, always Don't touch. This is getting deeper As time goes by, The water's getting colder. Here I am surrounded by people but still all alone, I am always alone. Even with myself, Imprisoned in my head. And there doesn't seem to be any way out, And I am so fucking sick of here, Wish I was there. Right beside is still A million miles away. Behind these bars. In a rut. Anyplace else will do. Hello? Don't think so. Broadcasting, Only static coming in. No one can hear me when I'm here.
