Nine Inch Nails played at the Omaha Civic Auditorium in Omaha, Nebraska, on February 13, 1995 as part of the Further Down The Spiral Tour. The Melvins and Jim Rose Circus were the opening acts.

This show was filmed for the originally planned home video release documenting this tour, which was eventually scrapped and replaced by the live footage in Closure. This was an unannounced surprise show.
