:The mention at 24.11.2 is almost assuredly Trent Reznor. The mention of "Hi-rez" immediately after [CLASSIFIED] there catches my attention, particularly in the context of this site being an official BoM evidence dossier. The casual spelling 'hi-rez' seems out of place and a possible allusion to Reznor. But you're right; every mention of [CLASSIFIED] doesn't have to refer to the same person. Since the entire site is building a case, writing "performance by dissident musician [CLASSIFIED]" seems to indicate that this person is a musician, as opposed to the other person who isn't.
