No, that's not what it means. Sniper mentions silver nitrate, which turns skin brown/black on contact. Dirty bombs mean nuclear bombs designed to irradiate rather than cause major destruction. -- [[User:J.theYellow|J.]] 11:59, 29 April 2007 (PDT)
