Need references for these.
The red handkerchief he wears during performances, as said by Aaron, is symbolic for lots of guitar flailing and fist pumping, something he is known for in his performances.
A reference for the above is needed, as well as for the lawsuit by LaVoie being dropped.
Contradiction
"In 2006, North and the rest of the band were named in a lawsuit by a venue security guard named Mark LaVoie, who claimed that North "violently and intentionally" attacked him with a mic stand. The suit was dropped.[2] The incident happened on October 13, 2005. The suit was not dropped and Mark LaVoie was paid a very large undetermined amout of money for the suit in 2008."
