This website is mentioned on the Year Zero CD booklet.
However, at the time of discovery the website shows only a characteristic YZ website background and the following text:

Background text
The background text is from Shawshank Redemption:

The Exterminal website has the same text in the background, however the words and letters used are different.

It is possible that because this site is mentioned in the CD booklet, that it will not be live until the CD is released.
