Year Zero Bible References

Littered throughout all of the websites published thus far, sequences of numbers were found hidden in the text.
An example of the hidden numbers.
At first it was thought to be references to dates, but that was quickly denounced when it was brought to attention that relevant quotations from the Bible offered a more fitting undertone to the overall story.
Here are the number sequences found and their coinciding Bible reference.
