Setlist Fixes

You, sir (or madam or genderless being, whatever the case may be), are a winnar. -heroicraptor 13:27, 17 September 2007 (PDT)

I must agree with heroicraptor in that you are doing great work fixing and formatting the setlists. Thank you very much for your contributions.--Leo3375 14:58, 17 September 2007 (PDT)
Apparently I'm sir. Thanks for your support, I will continue doing this. --Fillow 15:11, 17 September 2007 (PDT)

For when linking a halo or song page

If you set the wiki link as, for example [[Sin (song)|]] it will remove the last word from the link that it displays. -heroicraptor 18:51, 19 September 2007 (PDT)

Thanks, it helps. -fillow 00:53, 20 September 2007 (PDT)

Renaming articles

Do you see a "move" button at the top of the page? If you do, you can move the article's content to a new, renamed page. The article's Discussion page will also be moved with it. Otherwise, let heroicraptor, Tony, or me know what you would like the new article to be called and we can move the content.--Leo3375 12:33, 20 September 2007 (PDT)

Tour Page shortcut

When you make a new Tour Date page, all you need to do is type {{subst: tour date}} and and save the edits, and you'll have a new Tour Date page ready to be customized. You'll then have to go in and edit the page so that the informatin pertains to that concert, but it will save you some typing.--Leo3375 14:30, 25 September 2007 (PDT)

Thanks for that, but of course I don't type everything myself. I just copy the whole text from another page that have no notes and quotes, and then just edit date, location, setlist and so on. All the setlist things are basically copy-paste stuff (except for first letter capitalizations), so new tour date article is like two minutes of work. -fillow 14:38, 25 September 2007 (PDT)

All your additions

Wow. You're pretty amazing. --Tonyconverse! 13:31, 26 September 2007 (PDT)

Re: Question in the Random NIN Questions

Danny plays during the Self-Destruct tour:

Guitar on MSD
Synth on Sin
Guitar on MOTP
Bass on Piggy
Guitar on Reptile
Guitar on Gave Up
Guitar/Synth on Happiness In Slavery
unknown on Eraser
unknown on Hurt
Bass on TDS
Guitar on Wish
Bass on Suck
Bass/Synth on Ruiner
Synth on Down In It
Guitar (possibly synth intro too) on Head Like A Hole
unknown/Synth on Closer
Bass on Dead Souls

All of these were were taken from the Nashville 94 DVD that EYB released.

As seen in Woodstock footage, he definetly plays bass and synth on Closer -fillow 22:32, 26 September 2007 (PDT)

Canadian Dates

When tour dates for Cananda have been posted at NIN.com, the postal abbreviation for the province is listed, as in the US. For consistency purposes, I feel that it's better to use the province abbreviation instead of just "Canada."--Leo3375 05:20, 29 September 2007 (PDT)

Thanks!

Hey, I just want to say that I'm impressed with everything you've done to fill up the tour and tour dates, and help with conitnuity on those pages. In addition, I want to thank you for fixing the live performance information on the song pages. You're definitely a welcome contributor here!--Leo3375 09:23, 12 November 2007 (PST)

and so much work is left to do. oh well, i'm enjoing it. -fillow 10:01, 12 November 2007 (PST)

Photos

Photos from nin.com/current are permissible as long as it's listed as the source. Before posting any photos taken from an ETS tour journal, though, e-mail the poster and get and OK from them. Again, credit the source both when you upload the file and when posting it within the article. If it's from a source such as a magazine or online magazine, they may want a link back as well, so be sure to do that if that's the case.--Leo3375 12:23, 13 November 2007 (PST)
