• Due to lighting problems, "Starfuckers, Inc." was cut after quiet "Don't you, don't you" part, and "Head Like A Hole" was skipped entirely.
• The soundcheck included "Even Deeper", "Love Is Not Enough", "The Frail", "The Wretched" and "Wish".
