Lights In The Sky Over Las Vegas is the working title for a fan-created concert-DVD project, filmed in Las Vegas on 13 December, 2008. The project is in response to an announcement by Trent Reznor that plans for a 3D DVD of the Lights In The Sky Tour had been abandoned.
