"Get Down, Make Love" appears on the Sin single and is a cover of a Queen song. It has been played live by most incarnations of the band at one point. According to an interview Trent Reznor did with Melody Maker magazine, "Get Down, Make Love" was supposed to be a "tongue-in-cheek" cover.

"Get Down Make Love" has been performed live since the Hate 1990 tour. After the second chorus, the band typically rests, as Reznor will either sing the last line of the chorus solo, communicate with the audience, or both. He used this moment at the tour stop in Camden, NJ in 2006 to tell off someone for spitting on him.
