This is the only known version. The first half of the track contains short but repetitive riffs similar from the end of the track "Ripe (With Decay)" from their 1999 studio album "The Fragile".
Live
"26 Ghosts III" has never been played live.
Differences in Artwork
It should be noted that much of the artwork embedded in the files of the official download of Ghosts I–IV from nin.com are not just cropped versions of the photographs in the PDF. In this case, the two photographs are completely different.
